FlashDevelop spits out the following error when you try to build your latest creation:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

Maybe you have had this problem before, and maybe not.
But I ran across this issue during the development of my current game project which has a ton of assets embedded.
The solution is to open up /path/to/Flex SDK/bin/jvm.config in a text editor and find the following:
Code:
java.args=-Xmx384m -Dsun.io.useCanonCaches=false

And change that to something like this (If you have that much RAM of course)

Code:
java.args=-Xmx1024m -Dsun.io.useCanonCaches=false

Restart FlashDevelop and then reload your project and it should build just fine.
